CURRICULUM
PhD candidate at the University of Zaragoza and the Università di Torino, having obtained a doctoral position within the CHORAL Project (Cultural Heritage Outreach in Romance Languages). Her thesis project is The recovery of the artistic heritage of female artists in Europe between the wars, directed by Dra. Concha Lomba Serrano, Universidad de Zaragoza, in joint-supervision with Dr.ssa Anna Ciotta, Università degli Studi di Torino. The research investigates female artists’ presence and visibility in public and private collections across Spain, Italy and France.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under the Marie Skodowska-Curie grant agreement No 101126643. She holds over a decade of engagement, programming, interpretation, production, co-creation and project management experience in community, gallery, museum, arts and heritage sectors, in Italy and UK. Most recent experiences include: Arts & Heritage Producer at Oxford House, London; Heritage Engagement Manager at St Alfege Church, London (Grade I listed building and part of UNESCO Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site); Public Engagement Manager at Southwark Park Galleries, London (Grade II listed deconsecrated church and purpose-built art gallery in the heart of Southwark Park). Member of ‘Women’s History Network Association’, ‘Museums Association’, ‘Museums as Muck’ – a supportive network of working-class museum people making change in the sector, and ‘GEM – Group for Education in Museums’.
Her research interests include gender studies, women artists, artistic heritage, and contemporary art.
